Fees. Payment. Insurance.
Sessions last 50 minutes and are scheduled on a weekly basis.
My fee is $175 per 50-minute session. Longer session times are prorated based on the hourly fee. I accept cash, checks, major credit cards, and HSA cards as payment for services.
I understand that individual circumstances may impact your ability to pay a full fee. I have a limited number of sliding scale openings. Please call or email ([email protected]) to inquire about availability, and if you qualify for a reduced fee. If I cannot accommodate your financial situation, I will be happy to help you with appropriate referrals.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made ahead of time. I accept cash and check. If there are extenuating financial circumstances now or at any time in the future, please feel free to discuss them with me.
I do not accept any insurance at this time. However, you can talk to your insurance company to see if they would reimburse you for seeing an "out of network" provider. If so, I can provide you with a monthly statement of the services received, so that you can submit that to your insurance for reimbursement.
You may cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance by telephone or email. If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment and do not contact the office at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the session.
